Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery for UCPS Paper and Paperboard Products

1. Definitions

  • Once accepted, orders cannot be modified or canceled without written consent from the Company.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Prices are subject to change without notice and are based on the price list at the time of order acceptance.

  • The Company is not liable for delays or non-performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
